Monitoring - We are seeing continued recovery across embedded Power BI reporting.
Current reporting status:
- Visual rendering issues have been resolved.
- Coach Engagement has refreshed and is back to its normal reporting state.
- AF App Metrics is still impacted. Upstream data processes are expected to be completed by Monday, 6/8, with the standard reporting cadence resuming Tuesday, 6/9. Until then, the report will continue to reflect data through 5/27.
- Fab 5 refreshes monthly and is scheduled to refresh on the 10th.

Update - We are experiencing an issue affecting embedded Power BI reporting.
Users may experience issues with visuals rendering for:
-AF App Metrics
-Coach Engagement
-Access Pass Billing
Refresh timing has not changed from our previous update:
-AF App Metrics and Coach Engagement are expected to resume their standard reporting cadence on Thursday, 6/4.
-Fab 5 follows a monthly refresh cadence and is not expected to impact the scheduled 10th-of-the-month refresh.

Update - Most Anytime Fitness services have recovered following the Microsoft degraded service issue.
The remaining known impact is with reporting. Some reports can now be rendered, but impacted reports continue to reflect data only through 5/27.
Fab 5 reporting refreshes monthly and is not expected to impact the scheduled 10th-of-the-month refresh.
AF Access Pass Billing is expected to refresh tonight as part of its normal 3rd-of-the-month refresh cycle, with updated reporting available tomorrow.
AF App Metrics and Coach Engagement reporting are expected to resume their standard reporting cadence on Thursday, 6/4. Until then, those reports will continue to reflect data through 5/27.
We will continue to monitor refresh progress and provide another update if timelines change.

Update - We are seeing recovery across several Anytime Fitness services following the Microsoft degraded service issue.
Services showing recovery include:
- Access Pass
- Club Hub iOS prospect/member list loading
- Converting prospects to members
We are continuing to monitor related member and club workflows as recovery progresses.
Reporting and data-related services remain impacted. Recovery for reporting is expected to continue through the weekend.

- Coaching reporting
- AF Global Reporting
- PowerStats Reporting
- Some PBR reporting
The following areas are also at risk:
- DigitalKey
- Fab5 domestic
- Other monthly reporting
