Monitoring - The updated SMS opt-in language is now live on all Anytime Fitness website lead forms across the United States as of June 15, 2026.
Our team has submitted the updated solution to Twilio, the messaging platform used by Club OS, for review and confirmation. We expect this process to take at least 1–2 more weeks and are actively working to expedite where possible. We'll provide an update if anything changes.
Once confirmed, SMS texting will be restored for impacted locations. No action should be needed from clubs once restored.
Welcome to the Anytime Fitness home for real-time information on system status and availability.
Here you will find both live and historical data on system performance - Subscribe via text or email for automated updates.

Update -
We are continuing to actively work with SOCi and Meta to resolve the Facebook scheduling issue impacting Club Facebook Pages.
Thank you for your patience while this issue is being investigated.
In the meantime, clubs can continue posting natively to Facebook and Instagram using content from SOCi by following these steps:
1. Log into SOCi. 2. Navigate to the scheduled Mass Publish posts or the SOCi Asset Library. 3. Download the creative asset(s) to your device. 4. Copy the caption from SOCi. 5. Open Facebook or Instagram directly. 6. Create a new post natively in the platform. 7. Upload the downloaded asset(s), paste the caption, and publish.
We will provide another update as more information becomes available.
