Meraki has released an app fix for the impact affecting camera access and live footage in the iOS and Android Meraki mobile apps. Users are now be able to access cameras and view live footage normally through the Meraki mobile app. If you continue to experience issues, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.

Workaround: Please continue using the Meraki web version to access cameras and view live footage. We will provide another update as progress continues.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting the iOS and Android mobile apps where cameras and live footage may fail to load.
