Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue affecting some Android users when accessing their AF Access Pass through the AF App.

Affected users may experience an endless loading screen or receive an “Unable to load this pass” message when attempting to open their Access Pass.

As a workaround, users who have already added their Access Pass to Google Wallet can open Google Wallet directly to access their pass.

Our teams are continuing to investigate the issue and will provide another update as more information becomes available.
