We are currently investigating sporadic access issues affecting a limited number of clubs. Members attempting to access affected locations may experience intermittent difficulties when attempting to check in.
Our teams are actively working to identify the cause and restore consistent functionality as quickly as possible to the affected locations. This issue is not impacting all clubs.
No action is required from clubs at this time. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
