Purpose Brands IT was recently notified that Digital Watchdog (DW) will require an update beyond version 5.0. This means that any system running 5.0 or earlier will no longer have access to their systems via the DW Spectrum app or DW Cloud services for remote viewing cameras on Sunday, August 31st.
Impacted clubs will see the message: “Cloud will soon stop supporting all systems running version 5.0 and below. Please upgrade to the latest version promptly.”
Purpose Brands IT is aware of the issue and is actively working on alternate solutions. Clubs do not need to submit support tickets regarding this matter. NVRs eligible for the upgrade will require coordination with IT, and not all systems can accept the upgrade.
Note: All clubs upgraded to current standards (Meraki cameras / tailgate introduced in spring 2024 or later) are not impacted and can disregard this notice.
