We have identified a bug in the AF App where after a member's 3-month activation expires, their Apple Fitness+ content does not appear after re-activating their subscription.

Support workaround steps for users experiencing this issue:
1. Make sure the member has re-activated their Apple Fitness+ subscription
2. If content is not visible:
Navigate to your profile by clicking on your picture top right > Select Plan Settings > Scroll to Apple Fitness+ > Select Disable > Select Yes, disable > Once Enable option appears, Select Enable > Navigate back to the App home screen > Snap down to refresh the page > Apple Fitness+ content will reappear

An update will be provided when we release a permanent fix to address this issue.
