Investigating -
We are currently investigating server related issues affecting access control. Some sites have reported issues with delays in access, doors acting like they are offline, or delays in reporting usage.

Resolved -
We have released a fix for the issue where check-in notifications were not consistently sent for ClubHub iOS users.
Action Required: Users may still encounter issues if the app is not fully refreshed. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve any lingering notification problems.
Troubleshooting Steps: 1. Uninstall/Remove your current ClubHub iOS app version (2.15.1) 2. Install the new ClubHub iOS app version (2.16.0) 3. Check if you are receiving usage notifications 4. If notifications are still not received, uninstall and reinstall the app again 5. Check notifications again 6. If you continue to experience issues, please submit a support ticket via ClubHub: Go to the More tab → Report an Issue

Investigating -
We are currently experiencing a known issue where check-in notifications are not consistently sent on Club Hub for iOS users. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working on a fix.
In the meantime, please continue submitting tickets for any missed notifications so we can track and support individual cases.
