Investigating - We are aware of an issue with Facebook's inability to integrate leads into ClubOS, and are working with both the Meta and ClubOS teams to find a solution. In the meantime if you are using Facebook lead forms, you will need to manually enter leads - We suggest using your club's landing page as your lead form to ensure that leads are being entered in a timely manner. An update will be provided when the root cause has been identified and work towards a fix is in progress.

Update - We have confirmed this issue is related to selecting Access Pass as preferred access method when signing up a member. At this time, selected Key Fob as preferred method of access will allow you to complete a membership sign up as expected.

We are working to identify the root cause and will update the post at this time.

Scheduled - Self Esteem Brands (SEB) will overhaul its report synchronization process the week of April 15.

Due to this work, SEB won't refresh report data from Monday, April 15, through Friday, April 19. This will affect reports within platforms like the Anytime Fitness App, the AF Dashboard, the Coaching Dashboard, and Club Hub.

Smart Coaching Ecosystem
Fab 5 Metrics
Client Lists
and Coach Scorecard

While SEB cannot update data during this timeframe, it will continue collecting data. Once the synchronization finishes, SEB will update all affected reports to include this data.
